My Journey: From Hard Work to Smart Work
For over two decades, I built my career with my hands—first in a steelworking factory (1992-1998), then in the RV industry (1998-2001), and finally as a handyman/home improvement business owner since 2001. While my wife and I managed to sustain our business, the struggle of just getting by financially led me to explore new opportunities.
In 2010, I discovered affiliate marketing. Like many beginners, I was drawn in by the promise of quick and easy income. However, I quickly learned that success in this industry isn’t about shortcuts—it’s about strategy, consistency, and the right knowledge. Over the years, I tried and failed multiple times, falling into the common traps of chasing hype, wasting money, and giving up too soon.
The Turning Point
In 2012, I stumbled upon traffic exchanges and safelist mailers, thinking I had found the secret to free traffic. But I soon realized that true success requires more than just getting eyes on an offer—it requires building relationships, providing value, and having a long-term game plan.
Throughout my journey, I kept a close eye on successful marketers like Richard Weberg and his son, who went from struggling entrepreneurs to industry leaders. Their success proved to me that affiliate marketing does work—if done the right way. Fast forward to today, I’ve taken all those hard-learned lessons and applied them to build a real, sustainable online business.
